The coaching journey thrives on your commitment to engage with assignments and embrace a supportive, courageous environment. Unlike therapy, coaching focuses on your present challenges and future transformations. Together, we’ll work on cultivating new habits, shifting thinking patterns, overcoming procrastination, fostering self-love and acceptance, enhancing decision-making skills, and promoting positive character development.
The coaching process is goal-oriented, with each session incorporating specific tasks and time for personal reflection at home. Your commitment to completing these assignments and being open to changing your current behaviors is crucial. Without taking deliberate action toward change, no guidelines or strategies can be effective. Self-discipline is key to developing personal power, as it fosters self-control and drives transformation.
Ways to Connect
If you reside in Cape Town, you have access to all three session options. However, if you live outside of Cape Town, you can utilize two out of the three available options.
Face to Face
We will have our session in person at a private and secure location.
Online
Our session will be conducted online, allowing you to participate from the comfort of your home, using either Zoom or WhatsApp video call.
Walk and Talk
Walk and Talk sessions typically occur outdoors and can be conducted either in person or via WhatsApp video call. These sessions are scheduled exclusively on Saturday mornings.
Let's Honour Positive Change
There is no fixed number of sessions; you have the freedom to choose how many you need. Following your introductory session, where you’ll receive a booklet filled with various exercises and techniques, I recommend scheduling at least 3 to 5 appointments to begin working toward your desired outcomes. After that, you can book additional sessions as needed.
Our pricing is standard and affordable, with payments required upfront to secure your appointment.
The introductory session, which includes a comprehensive booklet filled with essential information and techniques, costs a one-time fee of R950.00. (75 minutes) During this session, we will identify and set goals to help you achieve your desired outcomes.
Subsequent appointments are R700.00 (50 minutes). You can choose to pay for each session individually or in advance for multiple sessions—whatever works best for you.
A 15% Discount is applicable on 6 or more sessions booked and paid in advance.

Student Packages
I understand that the pressure to perform well can be particularly challenging for students, and sometimes it feels like the wheels are falling off. Let’s tackle these obstacles together and develop lifelong coping skills.
Present your valid student card or university acceptance letter to receive a 40% discount on our rates. You’ll pay only R570 for an introductory session and R420 per session thereafter, with a minimum booking of five sessions.
